By those words, I just got nerfed. My SB was very jack of all trades. So if the changes are meant to make me play a role, then I will have to make serious changes to adjust. On the positive side, now I get to farm for new gear that hasn't dropped for me in 6 months as an improvement for what I have.Originally Posted by TimesLostArc Go to original post
I don't know without looking at your build. I have posted mine used in the PTS.Originally Posted by YodaMan 3D Go to original post

True, but I didn't say any of those things. I even made sure to say almost exactly that.Originally Posted by YodaMan 3D Go to original post
You made the point that their shouldn't be much weight given to them. They are part of the target audience. Their weight should be part of the plan, otherwise you are saying they don't matter. Instead a plan that covers all the players instead of finding ways to divide us.Originally Posted by Uhnomuhlee Go to original post
I made my point clear. I did not say that.Originally Posted by YodaMan 3D Go to original post
Yet you did say that. I will give you the part you stated afterwards about they shouldn't be forgotten or ignored. Then you followed that with Co-op play as central.Originally Posted by Uhnomuhlee;14577535[B
By chance have you played the Raid? That is what happens when Co-op is the center of attention above everyone else, especially the Solo players.
Now to me, it should be clear that Ubi needs to take into consideration Every one in their target audience, ask themselves with each change, how does this affect each player. They need to quit ignoring players for the sake of a few.
Yes, I agree they shouldn't be ignored. No, I did not say they should be ignored.Originally Posted by YodaMan 3D Go to original post
What I said was clear.
I do not think Uhnomuhlee! has the chance to change things in game and i think he was just pointing as to what is going on, oh and he also said solos should not be ignored Just sayingOriginally Posted by YodaMan 3D Go to original post
But i agree that the solos should not be ignored i tend to go in alone a lot that is my style, of course i play with friends but just saying but i still like to be solo on some things !

It has been a tradition with TD series, it's all or nothing. So when a poster states that they don't think the solo should get much consideration or much weight. The Raid is a perfect example, they was completely ignored. That is currently END GAME in TD2. I understand why Raid needs a team effort. Just like in TD, PvE wasn't given much weight either and was ignored until the very end of the game and they was planning on releasing TD2 and wanted to keep customers on board.Originally Posted by Uhnomuhlee Go to original post
Where I am from saying you don't think don't think they should be given much weight or say or consideration and then in the sentence say they shouldn't be ignored. That is a contradiction, especially when you consider the history of how things are handled in TD series so far.
For the record, I mostly play solo. I have done the raid quite a bit and have been in clans, but still I mostly solo in this game.Originally Posted by YodaMan 3D Go to original post
I have said it before, I hate Matchmaking and would rather go solo. I sometimes get to team up with people I know, but that is quite rare. Mostly it is me all by myself.
With the raid not coming out until 2020, I expect to be playing solo a lot until then. I don't solo heroic missions, but I do solo Heroic Control points and will solo Heroic Bounties when the need arises.
I did the entire story campaign pretty much solo on the first week when the difficulty for story missions was at its highest. I died constantly on Roosevelt Island refusing to call for backup or use Matchmaking. To me MatchMaker is soulless and cheap.
You may call some of this my choice, but I am making it clear. I am very much at my core a solo player. I prefer to play with friends and people I have a connection to, but sadly I don't have that option often. The connections and bonds you form make being being around other people worth it. Otherwise with no connection and no bond, another person might as well be an alien life or lifeless machines.
At some point as a solo, you have to understand that there is a larger world outside of just yourself. A lot of important perspectives, ideas, tactics, and ways of problem solving that you alone don't possess. Otherwise, you are simply letting your own nature or circumstance hinder your growth as a player.
As for your build Yoda, post an image of it or just list it out when you have the time. A nerf will hit it initially, but with enough stashed gear and some targeted farming; I am very sure your new build will be better and more effective. You are going to have more options to hedge and even mitigate the damage. Maybe we can talk it out.
