Division 2 its in the same way as Division

In the last months , more in the last weeks , im allways changing server in DZ , the number of players using hacks has massively increased , is completely ruining the game.
When they talked abou they were putting easy anti cheat to protect the game , i remember to tell to my friends , its the same as nothing , that rubish doesnt do nothing , watch the games that are "protected" by easy anti cheat (https://www.easy.ac/en-us/partners/) , you laugh and think man thats the list from the most hacked games in history lol
Bottom line , this guys have the people and resources to develop your own anti cheat for theyre games , because they know better then nobody the code , the flaws and they can do a good software to protect theyre games.
Do you know why easy anti cheat its a trash doing its job? Because that trash serach te memory for peaces of code they think that are suspicious , they search you computer for strange files , anda thats it , thats why that trash doesn do nothing at all , just ban the guys who use free cheats , the cheats that are payed and updated , easy anti cheat doesnt do nothing , believe me , its out o theyre league.
This guys should have a team seraching the net , for hacks sites , buying the hacks , installing , inspecting the code , in the same speed they update the hacks they should doing couner measures to catch them. But that cost money , resources and people , things they don't want to spend.
I dont understant how this guys let theyre game in the hands of 3rd people , specialy guys that proved they do a bad job.
I enjoied the first game , played a lot of hours but the game was finaly ruined with so many cheaters that stopped being fun to play , and this game its on the same way.
I play for many years online games , i love online games , i love to learn with other people who plays better.
But when you see stuff like a guy facing on side and shooting the other side , you know something wrong. When you see a 4 guys team , killing all server with HS after HS wihtout aiming , you know something wrong , and theres more situations.
The game is reaching a point where it is no longer fun , you have the power to do something , pleas do something , dont let the game being ruined by empty heads.

Apex Legends had a similar problem with it after it released, which is sad.

Apex was the only game to topple the Fortnite giant on Twitch after it released and gamers couldn't help themselves and almost ruined that game.

I'm not a big solo or offline kind of guy, and the hacking phenomena is why I play on console and will always do so.

If PC Division players are having a problem with hackers then I feel bad for you. I hope they do something about it.

With a combination of both automatic anti-cheat tools, and more manual reporting methods (among other things), we have, do, and will continue to ban cheaters and hackers within The Division 2. If you do come across a player you believe is cheating, please report them to Ubisoft Support so that we can conduct an investigation on our end and take the appropriate actions.

RealDude, there needs to be a much easier way to report someone for cheating and it needs to be added in-game. Most people can't find the place to report cheaters in The Division 2 and even once they find the spot, it's far too cumbersome to actually report someone.

Even if it results in a 1,000% increase in reported players and it turned out 99% weren't cheating, it would still be worth it for you guys as cheaters will drive people away from the game and possibly away from the entire company.

You should protect our gaming experience , it is your game , the game we bought with our money , you should do a bigger effort to protect our gaming experience. You arent taking this too serious ...

I'll point out that people would complain if more aggressive protections were put in (ala Denuvo-style) and performance was affected. They have to strike a balance between protecting the game and ensuring it doesn't cause problems.

Note: I'm not discussing how effective the current checks are, but highlighting that there are multiple factors at play.

Cronus is the real pain in the butt. It cannot be detected but it can auto aim, auto run, auto everything. Aim and fire at the same time using 1 button. Unfortunately it is also used for people with disabilites to help them play games. Some people can't help themselves but to cheat. If Xbox or PS4 made it so that only official accessories can be detected by their USB ports the Cronus will die, but where does this leave the players with disabilites?

P.C multiplayer is such a double edged sword.

On one hand, you get the best visuals and frame rate available that money can buy.

On the other, you have to put up with tiresome nonsense from deeply inadequate people who seem to have such low self esteem that they need to cheat in a video game.

I just don't see any other explanation for those who come into a server and use wall hacks, invincibility, 10 million DPS etc...

Playing alone, in a single player game, that is your affair.

But, when you ruin the experience for others in such a way that they don't want to play anymore...well, then you are a pitiful individual and you need to have your I P blacklisted.

It has gotten so bad on some p.c games (mostly shooters) that many players are either quitting multiplayer games altogether (reluctantly), or they play multiplayer in games like CoD, Battlefield, The Division 2 etc...on console.

They'd rather endure a downgraded experience (from their perspective) than put up with another person killing their entire clan from half the map away whilst glitched behind scenery.

    Which is a real shame.

Can Ubisoft, the devs, the industry, ever really get on top this issue?

    Do they even care?

The issue with manually reporting a cheater is yall have made that process so unbearable after about the 3rd time doing it id rather just deal with them or quit the game. Why yall continue to refuse to put a "report Cheater" option in the game tells us more about how yall really feel about it than anything else.

Plus, if everyone who actually reported a cheater had their report looked at properly, and action was then taken, you would have to have a dedicated group working 8 hour days focused solely on that one thing.

    Does Ubisoft care that much?

Do the devs have such people working on this issue, and only this issue?

We both know, Moe, that the reality is unless you do all the work for them, like providing the footage, there isn't much likelihood of them stopping hackers and exploiters.

I feel bad for p.c gamers and the crap they have to put up with.

It looks, at times, like they simply cannot play online with any kind of certainty it won't be infested by cretins.

Doesn't seem like the games industry and its developers have advanced their anti cheat systems anywhere near as much as it has it's graphical capabilities, it's fancy lighting, face mapping, it's clever ways to monetise everything, its use of day one patching to repair release day bugs and mistakes etc...all stuff that the industry has adapted and refined.

Yet, hackers seem to always be two steps ahead of any industry response.

If it were of any interest, surely, with the technology available, we'd have seen much more rigorous and wide ranging anti cheat as standard...and punishment for those who use them that are recognized and enforced by the whole industry, across all platforms, store fronts etc...
