I'm facing the same problems and now I can't play Breakpoint with all my buddies unless I pay $90. This has been an issue for me for the past month and it doesn't seem to be going away any time soon so there goes my chance to enjoy this game with friends before they move on to the next title.

I have had one problem though. I backed up the Odyssey save folder before activating the Ultimate edition on uplay+ but when I replaced the new folder with the backup, all saves STILL say I need the DLC. I followed the official backup steps.
