Hey man nice too meet you ,, lol I wasnt expecting a reply that quick lmao .... maybe in the near future sure we can meet up ingame I'm going by name of "Bill70 " lol .. Just fair warning though I's takes me time I'll do as much RECCE as possible before engaging

My tactics vary ( depends on the mission I'm doing ) , but mostly I'll do a recce first ( get as much info on the Enemy asp, something I learned through RL Experiences , no I was never SP just a normal every day "Tanker" Ie Tank soldier ("Chieftain mk5 IFCS thro to mk15 Togs" , Challenger 1 ) ..

Once I've got as much intel I'll try and find a weakness's , once that is done I'll start sniping from a safe distance ( sofar average distance has been between 150-300 mtrs away if I can find a decent spot, frm there most of the time I can take out the tower guards.. if all goes well I can then move into CQC mode "sneaky beaky" style ( Sam Fisher is my Mentor (LoL) upto this time my shooting has always been with Suppressor fitted ..... Most of the time some guard has been Alerted as my shot missed its target ( yerp ok so me eyes aint the best anymore Drrrr lol) which has ment the camp has gone alert mode so time to move position tho 1stly I'll leave little "boom-boom" at my last location ,for any "visiters" pmsfl ( have had some real fun with that trick heehee ), tho one thing I have always done ( again learnt frm RL or frm gaming in general ) rule of thumb " FIRE & MOVE " its a life saver !!! " ... Using these tactics meant it took me 6 hours to clear a camp ( Yesterday ) was one hell of a fight not only against the AI of the camp but ruddy wolves with drones came into play lol so that alone meant I had to stop me OP against camp and take care of them thar pesky Wolves must of ran or swam around that gaddam camp most of that time lol always using F&M , once I ran out of mines it was a tricky afair lol spent a fair bit time swimming to avoid the wolves and drones till I could wittle them down to nothing always F&M ( Fire& Move) !!!!! .... So if you 've read that and still want to meet up sometime then feel free to send a pm !!

Atm I'm working on getting me sniping upto lev 10 ( lev 7 atm ) tho I have assault at lev 6 , the other two I havent started YET ( lol)

Use C4 and the explosive booster perk. I used one Mk2 C4 charge and it cleared all the drones off Walker. After that, he just a slightly tankier wolf, that can still die.

Play it smarter lol. I was 220 ga when I did it. 3 of my buddies were under 100 gs when the beat it. "Tactics"

How to kill him even on extreme (where he actually onehits even the assaultclass):

Step 1: get into cover
Step 2: gas the entire room with 4 gasgranades (all wolves will die)
Step 3: get an angle on the drones and shoot them (without giving Walker an angle on you)
Step 4: shoot Walker into the face just once

I can see how the OP got to that gear level in that amount of time;

1. Heli from '?' to '?' and pick up the easiest crates always equipping the highest tier gear before opening the next.
2. Kill as many easy enemy as possible and looting the gear equipping the highest tier immediately.
3. Buy skel credits with RL dollars.
4. Access the store and buy higher tier equipment every hour all day every day from the 1st on.

It's workable. I got to level 140 by doing 1,2, and 4 (I have no desire to use "3) and I only played a few hours a day.

The game's only just out, how did you get to Gear 221?

I'm in agreement with SofaJockey , Also have So many questions

Though how on earth ( even with having "early access" ) have you managed toget to tier 221 in six days , you must be playing 24/7 or be a God at gaming lol ( which I doubt ) ..Ether way if it has been done Legally then Mucho respecto ,, that makes me wonder why you havent managed to complete the level against Walker , because if you have managed to get to tier 221in such little time then surely you know how to play the game .... So must have some very good tactics by now ,, I'm confused tobe honest ( Am not trying to accuse you of cheating in anyway or form am though very very interested as to how you've managed to get to tier 221 so quickly ( as maybe I need to change my playing style lol , I'm an old bugger so I's takes me time and enjoy the game that the Dev's have taken so much pride in developing this game !!! )....
I do agree with Moxie in that there are way too many people out there that just wanna go "loud and proud" , and seemed to have forgotten this is " GHOST RECON" ( two very important words for people to understand ,LOL) so this means you play as a very "ghost"ly type person in that you does things QUIETLY , till things go "south" ........ I could go on and on and on but I feel I've said enough ... Either way I am very interested in hearing more of how you managed to get to tier 221 in such little time , who knows maybe we meet up ( in game ) and do a few missions together then possibly I can learn a thing or two !!!

Oh btw I'm 54 and EX MIL so I'm not hitting on you in anyway or from !! or accusing you of Cheating ( again ) in any way or form !!!

I've been playing since the 4th and have only managed to get upto tier 45 for gear sofar ..

It's really not that hard to be honest. I'm sitting at GS 199 and have just now began doing the story missions. Do the story missions until you unlock faction missions and do the 2 elite missions plus any other combo you prefer to get your 400 BP - as OP mentioned you get lots of weapons/gear/supplies/skred as rewards. Find a blueprint or 2 for weapons you like and you always have a weapon at or above your GS. From there, you can take up a good sniping position and take on bases and wolf camps above your GS fairly easy. Find a position (I personally like elevated positions) that leaves a quick escape route that is hard to flank/surround. Hence why I prefer elevated positions. Snipe snipe snipe with head shots and if things get hairy simply retreat a bit, change position, and continue attacking. Patience is key. If you just rush in all the time you can expect to do die a lot. Enemy order makes a difference too. Recon the place with your drone to locate the radio guy. Take out the sniper towers then get a position where you can take out the radio guy so he can't call for reinforcements. From there it's like shooting fish in a barrel. If someone finds a dead body just drop him before he alerts the rest of the camp and you won't have to worry about being detected much. Finding weapons/gear really isn't an issue though - the game showers you with drops on top of the items you loot from crates after taking out camps. One other thing I like to do - I eliminate every enemy in the camp before looting anything. Don't get suckered in by that shiny object waiting to be picked up. It will still be there when the smoke clears.

I've pretty much cleared the bog province after 40 hours and am at Gear 35.
That said, I never fast travel and I've patiently ghosted the game.

The 'wham bam' approach seems to needlessly binge the game in too short a time.
