Nope. The way everything flows in the menus make a game like this. If you can’t use the equipment you have without having to do loads and loads of button combinations then it becomes more a hindrance than a help... makes your Spec Ops experience feel like a kindergartener tagging along.

Game performance is laggy at times too. I’ve ended up looking like I was having a fit instead of reloading and firing my gun. I’ve lost stealth at the worst time because the game thinks I want to stand up... when I’m crawling through undergrowth. I bought the 55,000 in game credit gunship and I can’t even fire the minigun because there is no weapon toggle like Wildlands.

Sorry, but Wildlands is flawed but ohhhhh so much better than Breakpoint. I think Ubi saw Red Dead 2 and thought (let’s do that too) and tried to shoehorn way too much in and ruined the games playability factor. Let’s hop they patch this mess.

Wildlands all day, they made an absolute gem dumped it and started again learning nothing that the movement mechanics are golden, slow creep, shoulder swap in cover, prone strafe all missing. Cover in this is embarrassing and prone movement much the same, if you get a chance just try to move and see how big your turning circle is the titanic sunk quicker.
And that radiation ring we have to put up with because sh it players cant flush out a camper but then contradict it by not making the sabotage objective neutral for capturing as defenders camp and wait for movement thus 1st to defend has upper hand....nothing learned just want to attract other players and sh it on the fans...I am on a huge rant to be honest never been so active in the forums

In some ways yes, in others no.
But everyone keeps forgetting how wildlands was as full of bugs and glitches on the first few months and actually took well (These 2 years) with a lot of patches and fixes and DLC's for the game to reach the state that it is today.

    - There were a lot of people complaining about the lack of gear and cosmetics in wildland, now we have them, the down side, most camos are locked behind either the raids or paywall.
    - There were a lot of complaining on how the clothing looked off on the character (Specially gloves interacting with long sleeve shirt's), now the clothing looks much better, downside they screwed up on the crye precision combat shirt (Even tho they fixed some errors, they went and created others).
    - Gunplay is much better, you can shoot the pistol fast, and the enemies don't die with only one shot on the body when you are undetected, downside they become bullet sponges on really high gear level difference.
    - Everyone was asking for rocket launchers, now we have them, downside is that It is a consumable and not a weapon, pretty weird where nomad is hiding that Carl Gustav (RAT 4), and the fact that it doesn't have ADS...So if you play without hud, good luck aiming at target's at distance.
    - Animations are better.
    - Gunsmith is a downgraded version of the Wildlands one, which is a downgraded version of the Future soldier one.
    - Unfortunately it lack's AI team mates.
    - There were always the store on Wildlands where we could buy things like: Rainbow six pack, that offered the 416 and the wrapped shemag, but to get things you wanted you needed to buy things you didn't want, now you can buy them separately (Even tho most people are angry by having a store in the first place).
    - Ai now suppress and flank, instead of just rushing were I am like on wildlands, even saw them bounding.

Agree it's a yes/no answer but way more no for the pure fact the biggest and main affecting mechanic of the game ruins it completely - gear score and weapon levelling!

There are positives of this game over Wildlands:

    - I like the camera although at times you obstruct your own view at times
    - new animations (diving, sliding, quite like the cover although at times a bit clumsy and awkward and you can't switch shoulders)
    - sounds are good particularly explosions
    - bodies now stay and you can move them
    - injuries affecting you (although extremely rare)
    - survival mechanics (although again rarely used due to regen health, unlimited bandages and no need for any Bivouac buffs)

To name a few (possibly all but can't be bothered to think more)

However it's just a massive let down bringing in weapon and gear scoring which complete breaks everything about the game - immersion, AI (come on it's blatant this was brought in to make the AI harder in a very lazy way). These are game breaking things for me and so Wildlands wins.

You can compare to when Wildlands launched and say that too had bugs but I'm not talking about bugs here. These are game breaking mechanics. I'm fine with little bugs in the game which can be patched quick like equipment wheel seizing or clipping or lighting issues but you can't really do anything with these looter shooter mechanics.

Agreed, if we could remove the gear score, add a few aspect's from Wildlands that were better, like:
    - Ability to choose helicopter controls
    - The enemies weren't like the comically satirical enemies of Far cry (Even tho they dressed in a weird way)
    - We didn't had this plot barrier into areas.
    - In some points enemy AI was smarter.

And I'm not at all against adding features from other games, if they are good features.
The way things are we have zero to no impact on the map, even wildlands as we did the support missions for the rebels we saw their numbers increase on the map, far cry 3 and 4 we could secure outpost's and on 3 they sometimes tried to take it back, which was something nice to do once the campaign was over.

And hell, if ubi want's to make more money from micro transactions, instead of this gear level, why not flood the store with new gear and cosmetics?
Wildlands had several pack's that made me want to buy things, like the pack the contained the Crye shirt 2...The Mk18...
Why not add to the store:
    - CPC vest
    - Other versions of the AVS like the AVS with harness and skeletal cummerbund
    - CIRAS vest
    - RPC plate carrier
    - Ronin assaulter lite plate carrier
    - Other model of holsters.
    - Other vehicles like: POLARIS MRZR, ATV's, JLTV and MATV, UH 1 Y VENOM, Black hawks, Weaponized version of the dune buggy (FAST attack vehicle)
    - More guns like: M110, Mk12, Mk11, Mk18, Glock's, CZ p10C, IWI Masada, Jericho pistol's, STI Staccato P

So many possibility, that they could add and people would love to buy and not feel obligated to buy, like it was on wildlands.

This would be a recipe to a perfect game that could please almost everyone.
But instead they tried to force our hand.

By the way, some wildlands bug were game breaking.
