Just wondering if anyone is encountering the same issue I'm having.

Trying to unlock the Helikon CPU jacket and the requirement lists that you need to complete the Ghost War Mission Sharpshooter Certification II....which I've done, but it instead gave me some Oakley goggles and the jacket still remains locked despite having completed the mission and unable to repeat it.

Its legitimately the only upper body clothing piece I want to wear on my character and can't seem to get it.

I sadly will likely never get this piece as I really don't like the PVP in Breakpoint, it doesn't make sense that the pants for this uniform set are in PVE and it's matching top are in PVP. Oh well.

I get that it's bugged, what I'm saying is that is the intended means of getting it, so my point stands you get it or are supposed to get it via PVP instead of PVE like the matching pants. Not a fan of dividing rewards, I think they should all be attainable in both PVE or PVP gameplay.

Have there been any updates lately? I have the same desire to only ever wear this top, but I can’t get the sharpshooter 2 challenge, it’s way too difficult
