    I asked again for an update on the situation today and got the same canned answer. "We can't help you but watch the forums to see if they fix it..." Worst customer service experience ever. What happened to the days when you could call someone and they would own the issue till it was resolved? Every time I comment on the ticket I get yet another different rep who can't do anything about it.

    I have once again Lost all my progress yet a 2nd time and I'm seriously pissed off right now this needs to be addressed

    I am sorry to hear that you have lost your progress in Ghost Recon: Breakpoint.

    I can understand your frustration. I have checked and unfortunately there are no updates at the moment and the dev team are still investigating.

    For any of you that have not submitted a support ticket, could you please do so. This will help us to see how many players have reported this issue and we can contact you directly for more information if needed or with an update.

    At this point, the game is basically unplayable unless I want to gamble that it won't happen again and waste yet another 30-40 hours and level a third character. I don't see why they can't restore the characters.

    indeed, worst customer service

    sent some tickets for different problems

    they replied different things. for example, asked for the dxdiag... i told them, "is not my fault, check the ticket". then they said "we dont have a fix yet, when its done, it will be posted". same as u

    they ignored all the info i sent. all info they could ask for it, i sent it, to avoid a generic answer, and what i got? "is ur PC". OMG!!!

    sometimes, when i asked 2 questions in 1 ticket, they only answered one...

    and while u wait for an answer, after 4 days the ticket gets closed. what a mess

    actually, i dont want to remember haha. deal with them is... frustrating. and they always win. is hard to not give up when they act as *****

    Is there an ETA on when this game-breaking bug is going to be fixed? I've stopped playing the game and I am quite seriously considering pursuing a refund because of this.

    SO i stopped playing GRBP because of this and canceled my Uplay Plus. Have they ever fixed this or does this problem still exist 4 mo later?

    Having the same issue

    I progress through my 1st character just fine, completed everything. 100% story mission. Ubisoft just introduced friend pass a few days ago and I decided to create a 2nd character to play with my friends, it started fine, we made some progress, until level 18 and I'm unlocking my skill for the MK2 weapons upgrade it disconnected back to the title and began loading the prologue screen which want me to create a new character, I directly shut down the application and restarted it. A level one character in the 1st slot. Frustrating!!! Already make a report waiting for any reply. Playing on PS4.

    ofc after all this time UBI already implemented save backups and this will be easy to solve
    sorry for the sarcasm BlackTiger_ITA and good luck with that
