So I never play a game on the max difficulty setting but on breakpoint it's maxed! How in the world could the development team not figure out how easy the AI is in this game. I mean come on you have a group on enemies out in the open world on extreme difficulty setting taking like 5 minutes to kill me doing cookies around them in a buggy! Here is another example so when your driving down a road and you pass a enemy patrol or a convoy they DON'T pursue you they most of the time don't even shoot. I had a helicopter tail me for like 3 mins and not shoot at me once! FIX IT! People starve for challenges and this misses the mark big time.
