Unless I’m mistaken there’s currently no way of changing your rate of fire when behind cover. You have to aim down sites to do change rate of fire but as soon as you do this you pop your head out of cover. This makes it really difficult when you’re tying to hide before entering a firefight and need to switch to full auto.
