I pre ordered and payed for the ultimate edition but can’t find the content/add on’s I payed for, even the 1 year pass I can see on PlayStation store I have the pass but not in my game menu - Why is all the content /add on that I payed for, not to find in the game menu at all.
I’m Not angry but very disappointed.

Have a lot of bugs in the game - can’t gather animal meat when I have killed them, can’t gather info and others from enemies, when I killed them, the Graphic is downgraded, looks very 1980 and all character, AI, UI, looks very unfinished, whit brownie drawing in face and the neck, it’s not the console, I have tested, it and all my others games, looks fine only this 2019 game graphic looks awfully.

Where is my add on for the ultimate edition I can prove that I payed for it.
I know I sound angry but i’m Not just disappointed.
The add on I refer to is : 1 year pass, the sacred land pack, the survivor pack, and the off road pack.
It supposed to show up in my add on and in the in game menu but No so Ubisoft where is it.
Why do console gamers only have the basic settings for the graphic, like brightness, contrast, and gamma. The graphic in the game are awful. I tried to send photo of it, but it doesn’t work from my iPad. I can only send to mail from iPad until now. I will do all I can to send the pic. I have from the game for you to see it’s Not my console I have tested it and deleted and downloaded the game twice, I have No problem whit the Wildlands, and other game graphic on my console

I am experiencing exactly the same issues. I also have the ultimate, and I am running a ps4 pro, 2019 4k tv, with 200mbps download. I have run all of the connection steps playstation suggests e.g. 5mghz connection, LAN etc. to no avail. This is the game not the hardware on my end.
I have raised a case with Ubisoft but no timeline to resolve yet

Sorry to hear you guys currently cannot locate the extra content for GRB. If you haven't already done so please take a look at this link and perform each step as advised. After doing so if you still cannot find the content to be unlocked then please send us your proof of purchase for the edition of the game you've purchased as advised at the bottom of that FAQ and the team will investigate
