With v-sync enabled and those frame drops that will cause more problems.

GRB is massive world that is pretty seamless in loading. I would think there would be more issues with slower system ram and less gaming efficient cpu's and HDD's.

Upgrading cpu mobo, ram is almost always better for performance, then just graphics card. I've seen a 25 fps increase using the same card, going from a i5 to an i7.
What about the new R7 3700x, reviews are great!

Once ai figured out what yellow dot you were talking about I clicked on it and it disappeared, but it didn't help with my fps.
I also notice that it comes back sometimes.

Found interesting variant on PC, maybe someone will use it:

    1. Go to Video Options in Setting and look for screen type.
    2. If it Borderless - change it to Fullscreen.

Somehow, when you Alt-Tab from game it may change from Fullscreen to Borderless and you will get a lags/freezes/lower FPS especially when streaming. BUT!!! For some people, I don't know why, Borderless works MUCH faster than Fullscreen. So, you might want to try both types of game's window.

For a friend of mine worked second way, for me - first one. Got much better running game, no freezes or lags and even few more FPS (about 2-5, but still! ).

its abit to slow if i look at my settings and FPS.

have a couple of extra questions
1.) Did you installed it on an SSD and on which (SATA or M.2)
2.) What DDR do you have.
3.) are you using the Medium "Fixed" settings or custom??

If on 3.) you do use the fixed settings then go see this vid Link and try those 2 settings to get more FPS and better grafics at the same time.

    I want to know 1.) and 2.) also because i am thinking on buying a new comp with i7 9700K and 16gb DDR4 3200, also with a 2070 Super and with a 500GB M.2 SSD (3500 read/3200write)

(have now a i5 6500, 16gb DDR3 1600, SSD Sata and a RX 580 8gb OC card, have the UB performance setting set on 4k with 50% res scaling (if set on 1080 or 2k my screen gets blurred, so i set it on 4k and 50% scaling and i get same fps as i set it on 1080) and i still get between 40 and 60 on average)

    1. No im installed the game on HDD
    2. DDR 4 with 2132 BUS but will pick up new set of ram with 3600 BUS next week
    3. Most of the setting is medium but the texture quality. But I found out that no matter setting i set, either verly low or very high or ultra, the fps will pretty much stay the same
