Maybe that is the case after i figured out what was causing the drop. It was the uplay notification yellow thingy, it also caused my GPU to go from 70% to 97% no clue why this causes my gpu to not run at full power but now i can get a lot better frame rate.

    Thank you come again,
As far as i can remember the only games I could not max out were the ones I listed...majority Ubi games. If you don't believe me that's fine, I don't feel the need to make you believe me.

The bigger point here was you don't need a 1080ti for 1440p and you don't. Even if someone couldn't completely max a game out at 1440p,you could get close enough. A 2060 or better would be fine for 1440p and would give a great experience. At least it would in the large majority of games. But not here in Breakpoint because IT'S NOT OPTIMIZED WELL.

Just because it's running well for you does not mean it's optimized well for everyone. Frame rate jumps around like crazy for 95% of the people here....read through it. You can't come here and tell everyone it's their imagination because their hardware isn't up to snuff when we don't have these issues with other games.

Again why is it when you go inside a building the framerate tanks far worse than outside? Makes no sense at all. And don't talk about someone being a shill....you're ignoring 10 pages of aggravated fans who are pissed off about performance and telling them what a great job Ubi did.

    Are you serious?

My GPU doesn't go full load when I get low FPS, even sometimes in the benchmark... and it's intermittent, I can run the benchmark 5 times and get 60fps to 80fps average, never the same number, really strange!!!

And 2080 for a short while.. 1080ti was better, except in rtx titles.

Of those I did own a 970 and a 1070ti but I don't know what exactly your point is.

So i made a quick video and put it on youtube where i show that taking away the notification improves fps, you cannot see my mouse and i dont have editing software but when i go into the uplay launcher look to the top right where my profile picture is and you will see the little yellow dot go away.

Here is the link to the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWcH...ature=youtu.be
