    A short story from the yesterday.

    Respect to bot Alec. (-)points to my all time favorite game series. It may not be the devs, it could be their parent company's lack. I met boredom and frustration and so I had fun creating this.

    I'm aware those stats are only based in the U.S. however if we extrapolate to Finland or any Ubi stronghold in the EU... I'll go out on a limb that ALEC is a very rare name. Maybe Alec is a bot, or an A.I.; smoothly considering different sentences and context only to respond in any defusing answer.

    Thanks for reaching out. There are humans working here, in fact I am one of the many. I apologize though, if your experience with our Support Team was not satisfactory. That is something that is unfortunately out of my control.

    Have you tried posting on our Player Support forum? Our Support Team frequents those forums as well. I hope that they can give you a more personalized response, if you decide to reach out there as well!

    No it was satisfactory and the responses were very fast actually. Although the first two replies seemed automated. The no refund policy for acorns could definitely use some tweaking in cases like this or at least they could add a "are you sure pop up message" when buying a bike with acorns. I realize Alec is probably a real person which made this whole thing funny to me, because there is more than one Alec working for Ubi support. I mean seriously what are the odds, my stupid research says extremely low. Thought someone might get a laugh out this so that's why I posted this.
