Early access player here:
Upon initial load in, while clearing an area, game appeared to have a bug or pair of bugs reacting to each other.
First issue, the game did not seem to register ammo pick ups on all map spawned ammo packs but would trigger the animation (like those found in buildings, not those that drop from enemies).
Second issue, the map spawned ammo would not vanish after my character would automatically interact with it. Combined, these issues were causing me to animation lock with the item pick up motion non-stop near ammo packs. This would override all other inputs, including aiming and firing.
Only known fix was death reset/reloading into game. After word, ammo packs behaved like normal; Pick up added to my ammo count, animation played once, pack disappeared.
Also saw issue where Skill leveling checklist was not updating in real-time as I made progress with stealth kills, kills with SMGs, etc. When I reset, one that I apparently completed without the game registering it as complete was checked off after loading. All others did not log any progress until after I reset.
