So far I do not see it listed on the known issues page for TU 1.03.

Ubisoft can you please confirm you are working on this and is slated for TU 1.03 or TU 1.03.1?

Many of us that played Wildlands and earned our achievements of finishing Ghost mode and getting tier one to use these rewards on second and more characters. I can understand things can break and take time to fix but it would be nice that Ubisoft at least formaly acknowledges the issue outside support staff responses to our tickets and communicates possible ETA on a fix.

We have had a community manager aknowledge the issue on my separate support thread, but there is no conversation regarding patching it.

Whilst small, I would assume that any support to the remaining loyal playerbase and the legacy fanbase would be a high priority?

It is changed. I could now get same rewards for my second character. I think, fix was introduced in some TU.

Yes, multiple times.
I created a second character about 5 days ago & thought to go see Holt again, 2 days ago.
I got the rewards from GRW on my second character, titles etc.
Just need to talk to him, select whatever discussion point & finish that then talk to him for each outstanding reward.

Good to know. I created a second character recently also, but never spoke to Holt again. I will go do that.

My first character created on launch day, has never received those rewards despite talking to Holt multiple times.

Is there anything interesting among the rewards? From what I recall, most are probably available in the game anyway.
