    You should not buy Uplay+

    You should not buy Uplay+ if you want Ubisoft to get their act together.

    Why? It is or main way of telling Ubisoft that this is a behavior and a way of treat customers, both long-time customers like myself that have been a steadfast customer since the early 90s, and any new one just becoming a customer.

    How Ubisoft has lunched Uplay+, and the lack of proper information, proper apologies during the first month that was a trial period. Many, many people/customers did never have a chance of getting a trial period due to the problems. And still, a lot of people/customers cannot get Uplay+ due to problems. And even after it is changed you are forced to pay and have not the option anymore for a trail.

    But it is not only all the problem and really bad behavior from Ubisoft (Read management and various team leads, as regular employees and customer support persons can only do so much) that is very much to criticize. But it is also how Ubisoft now implements all kinds of loot boxes and monetization in all-new games. Even if you puy like 50-60 Euro for a game you will be more or less forced to pay 100 of Euro or not even 1000 of Euro in their games. Uplay+ is only a way for them to grab you into this new cash-grabbing machine.

    If we as customers set down the foot, no more money will come Ubisoft way until day change for the greater good. Maybe then also all employees see that either the oppose the management or they will no longer have a job (since it is us, the customers that ensure they have a job and get paid for it).

    This is our best tool, and we should use it. However, if you do not care and you still think this is fine, please keep buying their stuff.
    But at the end of the day, there is so much we as customers also should accept. And Ubisoft, as many other gaming companies have no, stepped over the point where it is only greed. And we should not just keep on accepting it. We only hurt ourselves this way.

    UBISOFT, YOU ARE A BIG, BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!

    ...Imagine people, we get a free month in October from EA for Origin Access or Access Premier for having two step authentication enabled due to cybersecurity thing. That's a service showing respect. Ubisoft never gave the free month they promised and I cannot pay them even if I wanted to. As the moment of I am writing now, I do still encounter wrong store restriction and empty basket, etc. They do not deserve a penny for now. Really they are irritating me. They ignore us, as a problematic minority.
