    No.

    The Map is smaller.
There are no collectibles its just gear scored loot.
There are no pedestrians, cities, or interaction points outside of the sparse 2-5 man positions in the roaming areas.
There are less weapons than Wildlands they are just picked up more often and gear scored.
They had just as many biomes in Wildlands or more because there was desert.
Instead of traveling to a provience, aquireing intel usually through a combative encounter, then locating a weapon, usually having another combative encounter to then access a prized weapon, or by defeating a boss as in Wildlands. They are littered around the world in easy access boxes or you can just buy them at the start of the game.
The game's little bus easy even in extreme.
The Wolves just popping in to kill you after you've been spotted by a UAV doesn't feel anywhere as "hunted" as having a level 4 Unidad alert.

32 Ghosts on 4 choppers B lineing it over the Island. You are likely the only one left from your chopper, Noone survived Weavers chopper, Lots of Bodies around the Radio Chopper, Holts down, Midas is mia, 2 guys in hub say they are the last 2 in their chalk with limited ammo. But the HUB has 100 people all with fresh store bought weapons and ammo running around in it. A secret hidden base where they are blairing death metal at the store.

The game has less than just about everything than Wildlands, with the exception of microtransactions. No Loot boxes? Then what are the buyable Battlecrates?

Its a conveluded contradictory mess. Half the systems implemented are just negated by the other half of the systems implemented.

Poorly thought out, poorly developed, overly hyped and advertised, hastily published, its bad.

Customization options were more in depth in Wildlands.

Gear Score System... I didnt like it the Division, I didnt play Division 2 because of it, now you put it in Ghost Recon, GTFO.

UI is utter trash. Its 4 steps down from Wildlands and has no improvements.

Graphically in some respects, some of the character animations (controls aside), Takedowns (still not as good as advertised), look of the different enemy types, Enemy verbal audio, MAYBE variation on enemy bases, are the only ways I can see it better than Wildlands. The gameplay, story detail, overall experience is extremely underwhelming. Its very disappointing having been looking forward to it for so long.
