I am now XP level 29 and gear score 179. My XP bonus has long expired. How will we be compensated for all this time we have lost without our second and third perk slots? This is ridiculous. This should have functioned when the game was released. I am convinced ubisoft no longer play tests and makes us, the customers, play test their games for them

I had an XP30 and 227 Gearscore toon and I decided to make a new character to see if it would fix the issue. It didn't. I think the 3rd perk was unlocked for like a minute. Then I went and PVPed and it was back to locked in PVP and in regular story mode.

I have same issue with second slot. Can't PVP because of it.

U can PvP but it's disadvantage

Hopefully the patch today fixes it, though I didn't see anything about it in the patch notes.

Just what i thought, i'm sick of this, good i've startet a second character with working skill slots. By the Time they fix this you might have fin ished 3 characters.....

I'm too stubborn to start a new character but also stubborn enough not to ever pre-order a ubisoft title again.

I'm also having the same problem with my 3rd perk slot and I tried to unlock it while between ghost war games. Any ETA on when a fix will be out for this, in my eyes its game breaking for playing ghost war.
