Okay, there is a lot of talks about microtransactions in Breakpoint. And I actually surprised by backlash because they almost the same as they was in Wildlands. Firs, my game have interface in Russian so I will have to translate some screens. Lets go to the premium shop and look at guns. For example I want AK47 and M4A1:
Can I get them for free? Yes, I can unlock them even near start of the game if I manage to kill (totally possible even early in the game) or stealthly go past (also, very possible!) Behemoth drone. Here they are:
So, exactly same system as it was in Widlands! You can buy pack in store for real money or you can get weapons from crates in game for free. Your choice! Same goes about attachments. And what about camo? Not everyone of them can be found on the map! True! For example, lets take a look at Tiger Stripes camo:
Can I get it in game for free? Yes, here it is:
By completing Faction missions/playing PvP you can get enogh point to get this camo for free. Basically, few days of playing (for example, for one PvP match you can get up to 136 battle points!) and you can have many premium items for free! Same system (only with additional way of getting everything you want with Battle Rewards) as it was in Wildlands. You want everything from the start? You can buy it. Or you can find/earn it for free. Just the same system as it was in Wildlands!
Update 1: Looks like these Tiger Camo is for weapons, not clothes. Will check if there is such camo available in the game for free for clothes. Thanks to Bone_Frog for pointing to that my mistake.

Dont listen to those brain dead Youtubers. They just spew out toxic hate because it's what people like to hear.
Nearing item level 100 and more and more purple and blues drop. Apparently the higher your item level the better drops you get. The mtx here is not necessary at all. Just play through the campaign and you'll get everything you need.
I found has well in the beta & open beta the higher i was the more blue weapons & clothes i got from the crates or just by killing the guards & drones sometimes dropped weapons. So now im in full game cant wait to see when get the YELLOW & PURPLE DROPS![]()
Good luck all see ya in game always up for team mate/mates to make the game even more better to play when attacking the bigger sites...

Multicam, a camouflage pattern that is ubiquitous throughout US SF units across all services is locked behind an endgame raid by an active drone infested volcano, in a GR game.
Imagine an authentic military WWII game having that iconic german "feldgrau" or the american OD locked behind, say, a zombie outbreak-themed raid only doable after tens of hours of gameplay.
