Yeah, I have practically given up^^
But today I read about a patch with an "immersive mode" included. Does this immersive mode or anything in the patch make the wounded behavior of enemies more varied? Does anyone know?

Does anyone know if there are now any features like described in the opening post?

No, not yet - however it has been requested a few times.

When you clip them in the shoulder, arms and legs they flinch then keep moving forward. Shooting them in the chest does pretty much nothing and they keep moving forward.

I would also like to see a wounded mechanic. Shoot their weapon arm and they drop their gun. Shoot their off arm and they can only hip fire with reduced accuracy, shoot their leg and they limp, shoot both and they're downed, rolling around.

This would go hand in hand with a basic morale system, the more injured the more chance they have of either surrendering or running away. Remember enemies would surrender in Wildlands occasionally?

Thanks for reporting. I am willing to buy the game as soon as there is some feature like its described in this thread. Unfortunately the patch changelogs are not that informative (they only say something superficial like "improved AI", which could mean anything).

You suggestion is a nice idea which would also make the game more dynamic and random. The worst thing in an open world game are enemies who always react the same way or don't react properly at all (at least in those games where combat is the major factor in the gameplay), because it makes the game boring - after a few hours you have seen everything combat has to offer.
