    Sub cancellation is before 30 of september but today is 1st of october

    So i was going to buy Ghost Recon Breakpoint but before i was going to finish the payment i have noticed something. So at the bottom in very dark color it is written that once i buy this game i get one month free of uplay+, it says i can cancel this before the 30th of september but today is 1st of october... Here is the screenshot (its in spanish). It says:

    "Confirming the purchase of this order, you agree to register to free trial of Uplay+. You won't be charged and can cancel before 30th of September 2019, (cancellation link). If you chose not to cancel Uplay+ you'll be charged 15 euros each month."

    KEEP IN MIND THAT TODAY IS 1ST OF OCTOBER

    Hey CorruptedPotato,

    Would you mind telling me where you were purchasing Breakpoint? Was that in the Uplay Client or was it on the Ubisoft Store Web page? If it was on the web store, which region? Also, if you haven't already, can you please create a ticket with our Support Team so we can gather more information?

    Hi!

    I was using the UPlay application. Since I'm in Spain it uses Spain as the region I assume. And no, I still haven't done a ticket. I'll do it now.

    EDIT: When I try to contact the support it doesn't let me log in, I'm stuck at a loading screen when I try to log in

    Everytime I try to login, it doesn't get passed the loading stage so I can't even submit a ticket. This has been going on since you told me to make a ticket

    Sorry for the inconvenience, are you still having issues logging in? While I have reported your issue to the team, having that conversation with Support will still be useful to our investigation. So when you can, please make that ticket.

    Also, if you happen to be using a VPN, that could cause issues logging in.
