Uplay known issues(resolved) or not?
So today the free trial of uply+ is finally done. Thank you ubisoft for not giving me the chance to test it at all, I know its slightly sarcastic but here is my following reasons:
1. During the trial I could not subscribe to uplay+ because: A wrong country. B could not connect to the right store (wrong country)
2. I contacted support, and they told me really nice to keep an eye on the forum for when its fixed. Still didnt work even after Uplay had checkked it off as resolved (meanwhile my support ticket was also chekked as resolved from them)
3. Now its finally launched and its 15 Euro a month for subscribtion. YAY! Yet I can not subscribe only pay them my money. I can not get access to the Uplay+ store or any of the hundered games they have promised.
Dear Ubisoft,
Could it be that you have been slightly too fast with what you have done? Normally you do not make that type of fatal errors (Credict where its due) Yet this time I can speak for not just me, but several other gamers, that you should have tested this before launching it, and then perhaps tested it yet again. if you ment to launch it for just one part of the world pleace let the rest of us know, So we do not throw our money pointles out of the window.
I do how you take this post serious. This is an issue you need to fix asap instead of patching it the easy way. Its better to shut that part down for 14 days and FIX it. then having thousands of players being disappointed by your service, that untill (before Uplay+) has been quite good
