After removing the game and reinstalling it still did not work. I just got the message below en sended the crash report.

Oh no, it crashed!
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint crashed. Help us out by sending a crash report so we can figure out what went wrong.

If you had participated in the Open Beta and installed the final version of the game in the same folder, then:

locate the game installation folder and delete file DataPC_TGT_WorldMap.forge
It worked for me.

The deleting of the file DataPC_TGT_WorldMap.fogre worked for me thanks a lot. Did not want to have to reinstall the game lol.
