If it were only a single player game...

I really liked playing the game so far (I played closed alpha, closed beta, and open beta). My main take away at first was that I could play this game all by myself and it would basically be Tom Clancy's Far Cry. And if I were to play it only looking for that, I think I would be happy. The over-all tone of the game for me negates the need for a crew of people. And for me, that's what Ghost Recon has always been about - tactical squad-based combat. In no way does this feel like it should be a Ghost Recon game. I feel like the lines between all the Tom Clancy properties have been blurred a bit too much. I will probably pick up a copy sometime next year for $20, play it as a single player campaign, and thoroughly enjoy it.

If this game was single player only, we could have way better weapon variation, capabilities, etc.

As usual, having the same equipment in a game with PVP ruins it.
