I'm so sick of joining games at match point where the team I have joined is losing and down to only 3 players.

Not to mention constantly getting vote kicked because you have joined late and it takes forever to load.

Play ranked I hear you say!? Sure, except all my mates have moved onto other games because of the constant BS.

Unranked then!? No thanks, ranked is stale and boring enough as it is, but at least you have the benefit of working on your rank

I would be okay with such an option... ... but only available as a privilege for those who never leave a match before it ends. Basically, if someone is part of the problem(leaving a match before it ends), they also need to be part of the solution(joining matches already in progress).
