In Hardcore difficulty
Only Not fully drained health Segments are Regenerating. Fully drained health Segments should stay empty till medi Pack healing

In extreme difficulty
Health does Not regen AT All! Only with health medi Packs!

If you play extreme then you have to expect the extreme!

Without These options your survival elements are Marketing trash... Dont Do this again. Waste the Potential of your survival mentioned game without These elements integrated!

Agree 100% on these, as many others have stated in other posts as well, so hopefully they see how many people are disappointed in the injury/healing system...
