Got charged €15 in the trial period

As the title says, I have been billed €15 for the trial period of uPlay+. This is seen on my banking/creditcard statement of my bank. It is actually a reservation so I am confused why'd they authorize using the full amount of the subscription?

Ubisofts accountpage says the charge was €0. But practically this is not the case. It also mentions the next pay date would be tomorrow (1st of October), where €15 would be charged again?

That's why I won't try until November. I saw this before some hours. Pray that you won't pay 30€ for 1day and one month. Ubisoft FTW!

    Hey acc30727,

I would advise you to attempt the same steps that my colleague advised above.

We are not able to resolve issues with payments via forum support.

@Ubi-Kay I already did prior to posting this thread. The guy whom I chatted with, one of your colleagues, suggested that it was a reservation. Thus the problem would solve itself: the reservation would fade away within a couple of days/weeks. He told me to contact customer support if I would get billed twice.

Now, 2 days ahead, the payment which I described earlier in this thread, was actually the payment for the month of October. Kind of strange to do that when I subbed for the free trial on 30 September. (Even though it was just a day remaining).
