I had the same issue. I spent like 2 hours of restarting the system and restarting the game. Finally on my last attempt of getting that error message. I clicked ok when I got that message and the screen after that popped up where it ask you to select you language. I was able to move the cursor (which looks like a loading circle btw) and click next and BOoM!!! I was playing.Originally Posted by AlexN85 Go to original post

Still waiting a day later and see only a couple people who lucked up. Very disappointed that my friend and I got suckered into this deal for nothing. No point playing the game by yourself. I am a huge fan of the game. Playing on extreme with no hud is some real life ****. However the customer service is terrible and they blame PSN. I'm not mad. I'm just disappointed.
Personally I've got this issue with my brothers who play the game on the same console as me. Only the original buyer can access... This is intended behaviour according to ubi support since the content of the Year 1 Pass only gets added to the purchaser and not to every other account on the same primary console. Seems like real ****ty business practice to force people to purchase the Year 1 Pass 3 times instead of once when sharing it one console...
My issue with this is that the early access should not be dependant on the year 1 pass. Yes the main account would be the only one with the pass, but every other account on the same console should have the "early" access to the gameOriginally Posted by KillerjoY90 Go to original post
Are you still experiencing this issue? This error means that you are not eligible for early access. Please review this link with release times.Originally Posted by deadsetstupid19 Go to original post
Here’s my experience after getting nowhere with Sony or Ubisoft on a solution. This seems to work every time for whatever reason. Only the person/account that paid for the gold/ultimate version gets early access. Launch the game on your PS4. Press X to start the game. The game will attempt to connect and fail with the Mountain error. Acknowledge the error which will return you to the main menu, do not close the game, press X to start the game again. This time you’ll get in successfully. Have followed these steps multiple times with success even after logging out of my profile since my console is shared. Hope this helps others.
