I play on Xbox One X in Extreme Difficulty. I found this YouTube video by Sim UK to be well thought out for players on Extreme Difficulty, who enjoy a tactical experience.

I agree with almost all of his comments. Ubisoft and others give it a view and consider his thoughts on improving the game for the Extreme Difficulty payer.

I think he makes some excellent suggestions on improving enemy AI, stamina, health regen, adding an option to play in first person if desired and more.
