One last attempt at feedback, constructive

First of all I will say that I generally like the game. I do not see a problem with the loot aspect of the game and generally have fun playing the game. But that is inspite of something I consider serious flaws. At this point I feel like a broken record, and that the part of the community that I belong to, is not heard. So hear I go:

I will once again start with the survival aspects of the game. That is stamina, movement and injury.
The system you have made brings a lot to the game and adds new typed of gameplay and gameplay experiences. Getting tired and having to drink water, having to think about where to move to not get injuried or just being careful because you can get injuried adds a lot to the gameplay. That being said, this system had been nerfed to a point where it no longer is meaningful. Syringes shouldn't heal injuries. They shouldn't, because when they do, I never find myself in a situation where injuries matter. This is also enforced by the fact that they are plentiful. You find them all over the place. Bandages shouldn't be unlimited. It undercuts this system the same way the syringes does when they heal injuries. That makes this objectively bad game-design, because you are undercutting your own system/design. What was meant to be impactful means little or nothing.

This undercutting is also seen in the classes now. Removing weapon restrictions have given us a meta of sharpshooter with dmr/sniper and lmg. Again, objectively bad design, because it makes certain aspects of the game meaningless (the injury system and the classes).

I don't struggle with the world being empty like someone say, but it would be nice to feel hunted. I don't feel hunted at all. It feels like a power-fantasy. Add more patrols both on land, off the beaten path and in the air, it would be nice.

The new running animation proves a point. It is horrible. I would like the old one back. This one makes it look like a cartoon.

Lastly I want to say. Please see the part of the community that wants a harder experience as well. You are doing a lot of tuning for those who want it easier, and barely anything for those who want a harder experience, which was obvious in the closed to open beta post. Sure, making the game accessible is a way to make sure a lot of people can play it, but people won't play an inconsistent game (Not that this is my main point). I guess the point is that you want to unite the two parts of the community. This will not happen. It just won't. There are two types of players in this game, and we want very different experiences. Personally I won't play with people who play on arcade or regular, I want all my teammates to play on the same difficulty because it tunes the experience. For me that is playing on extreme. But by not showing the part of the community that plays extreme or advanced more love with harder AI, and less forgiving systems in the world, like a less forgiving injury system for instance. You are alienating us. I would not buy this game if it werent for the fact that it is the only game on the market of its type. If someone, anyone had made a similar game tuned for more realism, I wouldn't touch this game. And I am sorry to say that.
So I propose you tune the harder difficulties to also have more injuries, more punishing exhaustion, smarter AI, etc. Not just remove detection clouds because that doesn't matter. If you are pro-choice then show it for us as well, instead of just saying (as you said in one recent interview) "someone loved that it was unforgiving during early tests, but some believed it frustrating and we decided to make it easier" (not a real quote, just the essence).
I think adding a fifth difficulty for us would go a long way.

I have more things, but I have said the same things since ott1, so I don't want to repeat myself at this point. I don't feel like the part of the community who wants the harder experience is being listened to.

I genuinely enjoy the game and will play it a lot. But there are changes I really want.
    Thanks for your time.

    +1 to most of this.

+100 to the injuries/syringe/limited bandages points.

And +100 to increased injury etc. on higher difficulties.

You are spot on I think if they make water a must and don't let you heal 100% health without rest and make you eat and make the health drain away if you ignore and if health gets low enough you are more able to be injured that would in effect make the game much harder. I fear reading these that they will give in to the squeakers that want superman and want to one shot everything and want to never eat and want to beat the game in one afternoon then claim they are awesome. I think the game was pretty easy and I play only on extreme. I also did not like the drones beaming down wolves though they too are way easy. I think they should come from two or three diff directions via vehicle or air/water or on foot from near by villages/ towns.
