    Environmental Blunders

I know this might seem a bit strange but, how many people have seen "Wild Yams" (think sweet potato plants) or even "Potato" plants growing up on the trunks of trees ? (root vegetables)

These heart shaped leaves growing up the trunk of this tree belong to the "Cunjevoi" (Alocasia macrorrhizos) << rhizos means root just like mentioned aboveand it is one of the southern hemispheres most deadly plants to humans if ingested and it is found not growing on the trunks of trees but from rhizomes (a root) in the dirt, in the ground.
So why do I see it in breakpoint growing up trees ??

It might seem passable & vine like when you place random leaves on a trunk like that but for someone who studies Native Australian Plants & Bush Foods it just looks wrong like someone decided this leaf would look great just thrown up there as a vine, could you not find one from the many thousands of vines that grow in the southern hemisphere to put on a tree ??
Even those plants with the lanceolate leaves next to them are seen growing all over the ground in some areas of the game as in real life, Jungle environments also have Liana's growing everywhere, yet I see none in this game that has a jungle type environment, please ubisoft do the right thing and make the environment feel real with the right plants growing in the right areas/places, don't just paint the landscape with random stuff & think it's fine nobody will notice, that is just lazy environment design thinking it will pass, well it doesn't, sorry.

When the developers of Arma 3 brought out the Tanoa map which is in the Southern Hemisphere, all their plants are correctly placed in a jungle environment !!

Ground plants belong on the ground, Aerial plants above the ground on trees, that's how nature is, try to replicate it correctly.

    Thank You.

    C'mon! They're programmers; not horticulturists!

Might explain why so much of military and Spec Ops **** is off too!

If they take the time to do the research, travel to the region the game is set in, photograph & design the plants from the real world the least they could do it replicate where they belong in the environment.
