Give us complete camera control with R1 please

I should never have to deal with auto camera if I don't want it. I should have full shoulder camera control by clicking R1. I'm sick of having to correct auto camera switching because the game thought it knew which way I should be looking. It is annoying and gets me killed in intense moments.

I just posted a similar complaint, so, bump! When you’re running indoors its a nightmare because anytime you get close to a wall it switches your camera angle. If the halls are tight enough its like youre having a seizure with all the screen changes. Half the time ill be aiming at an enemy and the camera will change so im staring straight into a wall or into an obstacle between me and my enemy. Dont take away from player control. Thats rule number f***ing one in gaming.

Agreed. It's annoying taking cover, pressing R1 to switch angles and nothing happens.

This wasn't an issue in Wildlands.

It was definitely an issue in Wildlands at times, such as when aiming up over cover it would sometimes swap on it's own. But still not nearly as bad as it is here... At minimum the need to at least let us shoulder swap while in cover, no idea why they would have removed that when it worked in Wildlands.

Very true that it wasn't perfect in Wildlands. It was still far better than what we have in Breakpoint now.
