1. It pretty much is an MMO, it checks a lot of the MMO boxes. It's definitely a shooter MMO.Originally Posted by CptMysteron Go to original post
2. Agreed.
3. Not sure what being 60 has to do with anything.
4. A minor annoyance, hardly worth mentioning, agreed.
5. The social hubs ruin what little immersion the game actually has, having 10 guys clipping through each others bodies while at a shop looks ridiculous as well, they need to make private lobbies.
6. Ridiculous answer, if you want a looter shooter, go shoot and rob people, see, it's ridiculous both ways.
7. Not just in this case but I feel that the game has too many cutscenes, it slows the game to a crawl while returning "quests", especially with a full squad, you should be able to skip every cutscene quickly and rapidly. It takes 20 mins to get everyone out of the cave hub.
8. Your level should make zero difference in a tactical shooter, it's about tactics. This isn't Skyrim.
9. It's definitely confusing, I'm sure it can be figured out, but I feel like it could be organized a lot better.
10. Again, a ridiculous answer, but I have no issue with the helicopter controls personally, the classic controls in Wildlands didn't even have tail rotor control, it was crap.
11. No opinion on this.
12. Looks about the same to me as well.
13. Be careful what you wish for, if they don't make enough changes to appease the unhappy half of the player base you could have an Anthem situation, they already abandoned their year one DLC roadmap because most of the player's quit. If not enough people continue playing, there will be no Ubisoft support for the game and everyone loses.
Actually only the people who bought Breakpoint lose. Hey, they're still supporting the Division 2 even though the game is basically dead at just under a year old so there's that.Originally Posted by The_B0G_ Go to original post
no, just your console connected to the internet.Originally Posted by Dazlirn777 Go to original post
Looter shooters only last as long as it takes to get max gear score and the set up you want. Then it's just a shallow game with no purpose. I have a few friends that are pretty diehard Destiny fans, they still only play in spurts, once they max out and get all the gear they want, it's shelfed until the next big update. I'd rather have immersive and realistic gameplay, hold the cheese, please.Originally Posted by TreFacTor Go to original post
I had fun replaying Wildland's 120 missions in Ghost Mode right up until Red Dead Online had it's summer update.
I did ghost mode about 5 times (2 killed in action). I still play Wildlands and am still impressed by the environment alone. I really enjoy the game. My wife, my son and his wife and my grandson love it. None of them could stomach Breakpoint during the betas which left me playing alone. I put hours into it with little to no satisfaction. Needless to say none of my family will be buying Breakpoint.Originally Posted by The_B0G_ Go to original post
