    Bought the game...got nothing..

    Hi all,

    I recently played the trailversion on PC of Ghost Recon Wildlands an really loved the game. So i decided to buy the full version via UPLAY and payed with IDEAL/WORLDPAY.
    The money was witdrawn from my bankaccount so i really payed it. I don't know if i was supposed to get some sort of confirmation email from Ubisoft, but i didn't get any.

    In my Ubiaccount, under My Orders i can see that i did order GRW on 09/20/2019 and there is an odernumer. It states that the game is visiblke in my library.
    It is visible...so was the trial version...but it's NOT the full game. When i start the game it remains in trail mode and beceause the trial period is over ik get a screen telling me i can buy the game...

    I notified Ubisoft the same day and the status of my case is "in progress" since. I contacted Ubisoft twice to give me an update, but al i hear is...absolutuely nothing.

    What to do....
