How about nerf the stacking of buff feats so when they are active no other active feat can be used. This includes personal shields but not passive ones.

Hito certainly needs a nerf. either reduce damage values or remove HA

No need to remove his Ha.

Only delay the neutral heavy one and we are fine.

13. Remove Warden's backdodge SB and reduce his top heavy damage to 30.

So take what is already the lowest damage vanguard and lower their damage further? On top of the Warden lacking ANY soft feints, and having almost no Hyper Armor?
