When in conflict within the Game when switching from Grenades to Bandages or Syringes the item wheel doesn't work when holding the RB right bumper button.
so if the item you switch to is grenades you cannot switch to syringes.it stuck on grenades no matter if you hold the bumper button.
I literally have to log out and close the game or APP to get it function again then I can switch items with the item wheel when holding the RB right bumper button.
please fix this for the game launch thank you.
