What's the point of having more gun paint options?

....if your gun is forever covered in green ooze/mud the moment it touches a leaf hanging from a bush or tree or the character picks up something? This is the most ridiculous thing I've seen so far. I can understand this happenging while prone and using the camo option or building up slowly over a very very long period of time without water/cleaning, but instantly being covered in mud forever (until you go back to base) is stupid and ruins everything, at least for me. (I was using the M4A1)

Also why is there no ACR? The most futuristic looking GR setting yet and no iconic GR rifle. Bummer.

Why is this green ooze on the entire gun the very moment you walk thru bushes?

It's to give you something to collect. Just like emotes and voice lines. Doesn't matter if their useless, it fills up hundreds of slots for collectibles.

lol so they implemented the NEW options of coloring each part individually, just so you'll never actually see in ingame because the gun will be covered in mud 24/7 once you merely brush a leaf? Okay that's a reason for me NOT to buy the game.

Yeah I think this is a bug, cant wash it with a swim either.
The ACR is in game but titled "ASR". Probly for some copyright issues (or just typo). However the ASR (In Real Life) is another rifle completely. (Aero Survival Rifle)

ASR = assault rifle, no footage shows any sign of ACRs, only stuff like the FN2000 or croatian bullpup garbage... not even the MDR...

Not being able to wash it off is one thing, but instantly getting it soaked in green sauce by kneeling down or walking through bushes is very concerning. And this whole Division BS doesn't help either.
