    Receive a 404 error after attempting to subscribe "SOLVED" late

    They have "solved" the 404 problem when you tried to access Uplay when there are less than 5 days left before the test ends. Disappointed but not surprised.

    As stated in the known issues, we deployed a fix for the 404 issues that decreased the frequency of this occurring. If you continue to experience this issue please get in touch with the support team and provide a detailed flow of the process and when you experience this issue.

    What is even the point now? The free trial is over and if it doesn't work after this you will charge us £15 and we still won't get access to uplay plus. Your support has been terrible throughout this whole trial period and it makes me wonder if you didn't just leave 1 intern working on the problem throughout the month.

    i agree the support has been bad but its only been bad in the sense that they haven't been given any info to give to the customers other then "we are looking in to it" and "it is being fixed" i've been on the other end of this used to work for xbox doing customer support do talk to support dont do an email or make a ticket actually use the chat and talk to them directly they will probably have you do some dumb troubleshooting that wont actually fix anything but after that they will move it up to their escalation department and always ask if they can give the free month they promised while the 1st person you talk to might not be able to if everyone keeps voicing it they will give it people are already getting oct free cause of all this i agree this has been a total crap shoot i my self am still unable to use uplay+ but keep trying keep giving them info it will be fixed and everything will be fine they do want our business

    - not responding to Twitter DM's
    - not responding in support tickets
    - when finally sending an answer, it's not an answer to the question
    - giving false information (a.k.a. lying) about issues being solved
    - give an extra free month trial to a selected few and leave others with the same issues with nothing (and not responding to questions about this)

    That is why all people with problems should subscribe in November. If we pay October for them, with those critical bugs and snobbish behavior, when others enjoy free months and they are acknowledged by them, we are embarrassing ourselves and customers' rights. They need a boycott with this kind of behavior. I am trying 28 days to subscribe and they do not feel anything at all.
