Hi guys. So I own level 3 Mosquito and it's fully upgraded. If the team deck has level 3 Mosquito will I use mine at base level or with upgrades? In other words the Mosquito in the team deck has to be level 4 in order for me to use my level 3 Mosquito with the upgrades?

Team War cards are always at base level, except when your max leveled card is lower level than the team card.

In your example of having Mosquito at level 3 max, the card would play at base level if the team deck did not have it upgraded beyond 3rd. Once the team deck has it upgraded to 4th, your level 3 max copy will play in the war at level 3 max.
