Some of the intel is appearing in other provinces than the clues that are given. Some just wont appear like the one for Josiah hill in dead horse swamp. I have searched everywhere for this and it's not in dead horse swamp which leads me to believe that it's in another province but no idea which one because the clues are for this province. Also some name change of locations is also confusing where the intel is like camp tiger used to AA RUINS. And thses are just a few intel bugs but it does scare me because the game comes put in 3 days for early release. In my opinion, I think the game needs to be delayed.
