After completing the portion of the main quest that was available I went straight to ghost war and there were some problems mainly:

1. My medkit was somehow unequipped in single player
2. my recon drone was not working; when I pressed X it did not appear
3. game audio completely cut out in the last round of the ghost war match

point 1 and 2 could not be fixed by restarting the game, but 3 could
the map I played in the ghost war match was "Cold war bunker" perhaps the audio bug came from there
the audio bug did not affect any other program in my computer, only the game
