As part of your temporary perk I think it would be cool if you could channel Lil Wayne, for example when you activate it you can levitate for 30 seconds, or you can absorb more bullets, or maybe get an increase in the luck statistics to get rare drops

Either way I think having Lil Wayne as a spirit guardian (in line with 'Ghosts' as a theme, or an old war buddy that supports you) would work really well in this game.
