This wheel does not work in Arcade mode in NA region ps4. I fill up my canteen with water and I cant even drink from it at all. The wheel behind it works just fine though.
So why doesn’t this wheel let me pick what I want to use. All I can do is just stare at it.

It worked in closed beta in normal mode.....So idk.......
