Which game am I playing? The Division 3？Or worse Ghost Recon: Wildlands？

I can connect to the server of The Division, I can connect to the server of Ghost Recon: Wildlands, I can connect to the server of Assassin's Creed. But I can't connect to the server of Breakpoint in the first three hours of open beta.
When I entered the game, I didn't find the familiar feeling of the Ghost Recon series. I just feel like that I am a special agent of the Strategic Homeland Division and I came to Auroa. OK, my AI teammates will coming in few months. I try to connect to my friends' game.
