Anyone else can’t play Elven Sanctuary episode 11 level 55 for the first time? Every time I try to play the level, Cartman’s dialogue freezes the game. I tried everything clearing cache and reinstalling the game on my iPhone XR, updating to iOS13.1, completing all superhero missions...nothing. It’s really disheartening to have bugs like these in a game that’s been out for 2 years.

Hello there!
The team is aware of this issue and they are working on it. There is one workaround for it that I know of, so let me know if you've already tried it or if you try it and it doesn't work:
First go back to the previous episode and let it load. Once it's loaded, you can then leave that episode. You don't need to finish it, just letting it load is enough. Then you can go back to Level 55 and with any luck the dialogue should work properly. Give it a try, my fingers are crossed for you!
