With the release of 2.13.0, some previous changes where missing, this patch is to correct those missing changes.

- [Bug Fix] Fixed a issue that caused the “Twilight of the Gods” to have Super Armor and Guard Break vulnerability at 700ms, lowered both vulnerabilities to 100ms
- [Bug Fix] Fixed a issue that caused the “Hamarr Slam” to have Super Armor and Guard Break vulnerability at 400ms, lowered both vulnerabilities to 100ms
- [Bug Fix] Increased Stamina damage of “Jotunn Farewell” to 55 (from 45)
- [Bug Fix] Decreased Stamina damage of “Jotunn Grudge” to 15 (from 30)
- [Bug Fix] Fixed an issue that caused the Zone Attack to have a 400ms Guard Break vulnerability, lowered both vulnerabilities 100ms

- [Bug Fix] Fixed an issue that allowed a 100ms window to counter Guard Break during Hidden Stance transition to Recovery
- [Bug Fix] Fixed an issue that caused the Nobushi Bleed effect to be cleansed by move like the Shaman’s “Predator’s Mercy”

Thank you Ubisoft for patching the Jormangandr. When you come out with these new characters that are ridiculously OP like the Jormangandr and Hitokiri it really makes this game intolerable and I know I am not the only person that feels this way. During the Wu Lin season the heroes, especially the Jiang Jun, just got to be so dang aggravating. The Jiang Jun was crazy ridiculous, all he had to do was the unbreakable sweep, revenge about 3 times and single handedly kill the whole team. Now that you nerfed the Jiang Jun and came out with the next set of OP characters I haven't seen a whole lot of the Jiang Jun and the Wu Lin heroes. My cousin and I game together, always dominion, we're good, not great. I use a warden and have a 2.27 K/D and him an Orochi and he has a 2.48 K/D. Whenever we run into the Hitokiri, a large portion of the time he can kill the both of us. His, uninterruptible hits, plus his powerful swings and unbreakables, speed, plus how much damage he can take makes this hero just obnoxious. I don't know if it is a feat reward but the both of us have been killed multiple times with just one hit, full health. After killing my cousin the hitokiri was doing one of those long executions that couldn't be interrupted, during this time I sunk 6 heavies from my warden into him before he was finally killed, that's a lot of health. I know it's all about the bottom dollar and trying to get people to buy the new seasons, but making OP heroes is not the answer. How about getting us some new maps, that would be worth spending my money on. You don't even have to make the maps, I know there are a bunch of different maps in tribute, deathmatch, and breach. just throw some zones in those. Some of those breach maps are huge, you could divvy those into 2 or 3 different dominion maps. We have been around since season 1 and have a love/hate relationship with this game. We stopped playing for a while after the Wu Lin heroes came out because of how annoying those OP characters were and here we are again, the same situation, but dealing with the Jorm and Hito. I just bought myself a Playstation 2 and Champions of Norrath: Return to Arms, ahh the nostalgia, which we will be playing for the next month or two. I hope when we come back the heroes will be properly patched. We do Love this game and thank you very much Ubisoft, but please listen to your fans and the players.
