Getting rid of the blind on blinding moves

Since your settings on PC can go a long way to removing the blind doesn't it make sense just to balance the game by getting rid of blinding all together? I mean if ubi isn't balancing for console than what is the point of the disparity on PC settings? Mind you I don't play on PC but I've seen YouTube videos of unblind settings and it begged the question. So it's balanced on console but what's the point in the hypocrisy on PC.

I have also seen these videos but didn’t set it up on my pc, simply because I don’t like these kind of short cuts.

I don’t know if it can really be fixed that pc can’t do it anymore, I highly doubt that.

    But removing blind completely?

Isn’t that a bit of a radical approach to this problem?

All in saying is if ubi wants to balance just for PC they should balance obvious PC differences and if they can't...

I can't agree just because that's something that's probably not intended by the developers. Besides that trick only really works in specific instances. If the map is a specific time of day (can't remember which one) it's not actually removed significantly.

As for the stun effect itself it's an interesting mechanic in how effective it is. It is a decent thing to have for low and mid tier brackets but when you start going up against competitive/tournament players it's far less effective because they're capable of reacting to animations over indicators. It would be nice if such a mechanic was universally effective but I don't see a way to do that without being obnoxious.

If we look at it from a dev stand point it's unintended and it's effectiveness or lack there of has no bearing on its elimination. One could label it a bug.

The stun part works as intended so it should be disregarded.

I normally would agree because thats technically cheating imo, but I honestly dont find getting blinded annoying anymore. Pretty much every hero that has a blinding attack, the person playing them always follows them up with the same attacks.
