Again not sure to get what i was suppose to be wainting for as i've already said many times before all i am saying now but anyway.
In each comment you try to use another heroe as an argue. But comparing Warden SB and Valk sweep is not even possible. Warden is punishable by a GB but this is a moove which is Feintable and have 3 lvl of charge. So if you know what you are doing you can avoid to be punish most of times. Still i Don't even think Warden needs a nerf outside of a CC dmg one.

Valk sweep is not chargeable nor feintable while Reactable. So the moove is punishable as it should be atm.

I am not sure if you really just insinuate Valk is a heroe who offer non deserved wins ? For real ? Have you ever seen any decent players arround Diamond and above complaining about her ?

Doesnt matter how many times you try to avoid it, Valk Sweep is Reactable and Punishable. That being said 35dmg is ok.
Again Valk dmg are overall low. Only part of her kit having a good dmg is her deflect.
