Why do you get penalties for in ranked duel if your WiFi goes down?!

I find it unfair that I get punished for something that is not my fault ! eg WiFi going down.

I get it if you get punished if you are afk or leave the battle on purpose to have a time cool down and have your progress put back down to 0%.
But if your game turns off abruptly you should not get punished like you left the battle on purpose because it is not fair and you should only lose what you wold have if you lost
0-3 because if you quit the game the game can scan for that so pleas fix this issue because my WiFi went down for a split second which gave me a server error and i had 93% bronze rank 4 and i wend back down to 0% and i have a 30 min ban which is not fair.

Thank you for your time and hopefully this will get fixed ASAP.

Your Wi-Fi going down is not the game's fault either, and it really shouldn't be doing that anyway. I get what you're saying, though, and considering how you can still safely quit a ranked match with a certain method to not get a loss penalty, their system is definitely far from perfect. However, if they allow Wi-Fi interrupts to go through without a kick or penalty, then that opens even more options for ''cheating'' ranked.

    You'll get your rank back.

Don't bother with wifi, even the most solid one is unstable for this game. Use a cable, you will have a much better time (I am talking out of experience)
