Hello, previously I had some problems to load the weekly events and that situation could be resolved, but lately I have had problems in the challenge, having a mallet with only common units some appear with level 3 or 2, thus having a disadvantage in the confrontation.

Are your personal copies of those cards higher level? If your copy is only level 2, it will be level 2 in challenge. Friendly levels are not minimums, they are maximums. Your commons cannot exceed level 4 in challenge, but they can certainly be below level 4.
